Know your budget. If you are going to get a home loan, secure your pre-approved amount in advance so we can eliminate homes which exceed your budget.
How long of a commute are you comfortable making each day to your job and other interests? Traffic in the Norman area could be different than what you're currently experiencing, so let me know your limits regarding drive-time, and I'll find homes accordingly.

I can send you my best recommendations prior to your arrival. Or if you've already started your search, let me know what you've found.
