Before coming into town, put your needs into one list. Then list your wants in another. If a home doesn't even meet your needs, it's one less house to look at.
Have a predetermined price range. This could be based on loan pre-approval or a reasonable estimate of what you'll net from selling your present home.
How long of a commute are you ready to make each day to your job and other interests? Traffic in the Norman area could be different than what you're currently experiencing, so tell me your expected drive-time, and I'll seek out homes based on my knowledge of drive times in the area.

I can send you my top recommendations prior to your arrival. Or if you've got a list of properties in mind, let me know what you've found.
